The CT Screen Reduction Working Group invites parents, educators, and community members from across Connecticut to join us for a virtual town hall about creating healthier, more intentional approaches to technology in our schools.
Moderated by State Representative Jennifer Leeper, the conversation will bring together a panel of experts to discuss classroom technology, student attention and mental health, school safety, cell phone policies, and practical steps for parents and schools.
We'll look at what schools are seeing on the ground, what the research tells us, and what thoughtful, realistic change can look like.

Impact of Screens on Learning
Connecticut Representative and Co-Chair of the CT Education Committee, Jennifer Leeper, hosted the first in a series of educational conversations for Connecticut parents, educators and policymakers about the impact of technology on our children and schools. Dr. Jared Cooney Horvath, widely regarded as one of the world’s leading researchers on learning and EdTech.
